No. All of these can be submitted through the Canterbury Rugby App.

All competitions across the province will use the Canterbury Rugby App. This includes all grades all grades from Under 6 to Premier/Division 1

Anyone who has been given a login to their team by their Club/School. Clubs/Schools will manage this, and have been asked to make sure there is a back up in case someone is away or doesn't have their phone with them. Managers will be required to register as volunteers at their Clubs to set up their login.

All players must be registered to appear on a team sheet. Unregistered players will not be able to be loaded to a team sheet.

Your club administrator will add you as a team scorer.
Sporty will send an automatic email.
Read the email carefully and click on the appropriate link to create your login.
Open up the app and log in.

You can reset your password via the officials login.

Check you have downloaded the Canterbury Rugby App, not your local Club App.

Keep a hard copy of the results and enter them when you get home.
Your club should have also given access to more than one person in your team, so ask around and submit the team list through them.

This could be for a number of reasons:
Has your draw been created? Check the website or through the draws button.
Check with your club administrator that you have access to the right team.
Check your team has an active draw.
Ask your club administrator to send you the login link again.
You’re not the scorer of the correct team, or you haven’t been granted scoring access to this team.

This could be for a number of reasons:
The players haven’t registered with the Club.
The players have registered, but they haven’t been loaded into the team
They may be listed in another squad - click "select from other squad" in the App and select players to add to your team.

There are multiple solutions to assist you on Game Day:
Use your second scorer’s phone for this weekend and sort out on Monday.
Contact your club administrator in the first instance to check if they can help.
If they can’t help, ask your club administrator to contact Canterbury Rugby.
If there is an App failure, we will put a notification on the Canterbury Rugby Facebook page and website letting you know what you can do.
If it’s not working and you are U6-U10, just let your grade advisor know the score.
If it’s not working and you are U11 and above, capture this info in the team list template and send through to results@crfu.co.nz. We will manually upload the scores onto the website on Monday.
